Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition*** within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding original delivery charge on receipt (if you qualified for a free delivery for the order, your product purchase price will be deducted by the cost of delivery), or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name.

1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

3. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item

 

 

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customerservices@883-police.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to report it to us.

 

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customerservices@883-police.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

 

If you wish to return Goods to 883-Police.com for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on customerservices@883-police.com to make the appropriate arrangements.

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged.  In any event, you should report such damage to 883-Police.com within 10 days and arrange collection and return.  883-Police.com is not responsible for paying shipment costs.  Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

883-Police.com reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.  Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

1. Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

2. Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

3. Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

 

 

 

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.

 

 

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

 

***Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
