Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any unexpected circumstances that affect our delivery partners and as such it is not our policy to refund delivery charges for matters beyond our control.

Your order will be sent using UK Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If your order is placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday, this will be despatched on the same day for delivery on the next working day. All orders are despatched with full insurance against loss or damage.
Please note that we are not able to deliver at weekends.

International deliveries will be despatched using Royal Mail’s signed for service.
The delivery time for such items should be 5 working days which does not include the day of postage. International Signed For items are electronically tracked only up to the point they leave the UK.
