883 Police Returns Policy
Xmas Returns Policy
We have extended our returns policy for the Xmas period.
For orders placed between 01/11/11 to 31/12/11 the returns period has been extended until 14/01/12 for refunds or exchange.
Order Cancellations
In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. To cancel your order you must let us know in writing within this 7 day period which starts from the day after you receive the order.
The goods should be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging - all original tags should still be attached to the garment. Providing the good are sent back in this original condition you will receive a full refund.
Returning Items to Us:
883 Police hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely happy you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN OTHER THAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF FITTING.
We are only able to exchange items where a different size or colour of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternate items are required and return the original item to us for a refund.
To return goods to us you will need to fill in the relevant details on the returns slip provided with your online order. The cost of returning items is solely the responsibility of you the customer and it is strongly advised that you use an insured and signed for delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will exchange these for a different size as requested on the returns form. Alternatively we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge.
In the case where items were delivered free but have been returned, we will minus our standard delivery charge* from the value of the refund.
When dealing with returns where a replacement has been requested, 883 Police will still honour the FREE delivery. For subsequent returns thereafter, we will charge our standard delivery charge* dependant on the country shipped to.
We will process the refund within 2 working days of us receiving the goods using the same payment method as was originally used to make the purchase.
Please note that some items are non-returnable – these are clearly marked with a + next to the product name.
*The standard delivery charge will be based on the country that the items were shipped to. Please see our online delivery policy for delivery charges outside of the UK.
Items Despatched in Error:
In the event that an item is despatched to you in error through no fault of your own you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of receiving this item. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organise a replacement item or refund.
Faulty Items:
We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item you should contact us in writing or email within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
